Founded in 1996, Master Delight is the manufacturing facility devoted to producing and crafting the finest Turkish Delight and the freshest Dry Roasted Nuts. Its mission is to bring consumers superb quality and mouth-watering freshness. The late co- founder, Bedi Balaban, started his journey in the nut manufacturing world in the late 70s. Immigrating to Canada from his homeland Turkey in 1986, he brought with him his perfected culinary skills. Continuing his legacy Master Delight remains family owned and operated, using his traditional techniques preserving quality and taste.

Dry roasting is a cooking process where heat is applied to the NUTS without the use of OIL or WATER. This allows for the nuts to be eaten without the added FAT that oil roasting produces.
